Here are some of the coolest upcoming family events that I’ve found in London…

Sensory Saturday with Nadz Adventures

The Greenwich Mummy Blog | London Family Lifestyle BloggerSensory Saturday is a free-flow sensory plu event for families with young children. Nahdia Blake, founder of Nahdz Adventures has been running these for the past year and I’ve been to a nearly all the sessions since discovering her because 1. they are amazing and 2. so much fun for both the kids and for me!

The sessions are super relaxed allowing me to have the chance to sit and chill out whilst the kids can go and explore within a safe environment and supervised/facilitated by Nahdia herself. She will set up 5-6 activity stations where the children can freely discover and explore the wonderful stations using their senses.

Tickets are per child, adults go free and very reasonably priced. There’s also free parking for those that drive so that’s a big bonus. Sensory Saturdays are a monthly event, the next one is on Saturday 7th July.

There’s plenty going on at this popular story centre over the Easter holidays from book readings and signings to storytelling and exclusive Julia Donaldson film screenings.

Museum of London Docklands

One of my favourite museums which is only a short DLR ride away (West India Quay or Canary Wharf), they always have loads of family fun events going on and have a wonderful soft play area called Mudlarks Gallery which is free but needs to be pre-booked either online or on the day at the front desk.
