1.
Benefit Goof Proof eyebrow pencil

Because eyebrows are life haha… well, when you’re like me and hardly wear makeup it’s nice to have my brows looking decent half of the time. This is currently my fave brow product – it’s easy to use and has a lovely consistency to it (kind of like a gel-pencil) and there’s no need for those stupid sharpeners. Just twist the pencil to bring up more product, draw on and go!  🙂

2.
Aveda Hand Relief cream

Seriously THE best hand cream that I’ve tried so far and I have tried quite a few, trust me.  I find that most hand creams leave a ‘film’ behind which really annoys me and one reason why I prefer using oils like shea butter or coconut oil for moisturising but this Aveda one is top-notch. Did I mention that it smells absolutely divine too? Aveda also do a hand serum too  which is lighter, smells like oranges and helps to reduce the appearance of fine lines and wrinkles? Happy Days.

3.
MiTi Professional Hair Tie bobbles

These hairbands are an absolute godsend. I remember when I first saw people using them I was highly sceptical that it would be able to hold up my thick hair properly. Well, let me tell you… these hairbands can definitely hold up my hair. Best thing of all is that I don’t get those horrible scalp tension pains like I did from standard hairbands. Okay, so they won’t be the best option if you want that strong, sleek and tight Kim-Kardashian ponytail for a night out but they are strong enough to withstand a 60mins sweaty high-intensity workout session without pulling your scalp. I use them all the time… at the gym… at home… even to bed! (PS I’m one of those people who always have their hair up) 🙂

4.
NUXE Huile Prodiguese multi-purpose body oil

This dry body oil is ah-mazing. I’m not even just saying that – it’s bloody brilliant for several reasons. 1) being that it’s a dry oil, there’s no nasty greasy film left behind on your skin, it really soaks in well. 2) it smells like heaven in a bottle. I figured out that it’s the herb, borage oil that you can really smell (if you don’t like borage, this oil is not for you). I mainly use it on my skin but sometimes use it on my face too. They also have a golden shimmer version if you fancy that – would be perfect for holidays!

5.
Benefit Dew the Hoola bronzer

I love a nice little glow; it makes me feel a little happier when I have a tan. Probably because all my memories of being tanned are the good ones abroad. I’m not a serial fake tanner but will apply it for special occasions or when it’s one-of-those-days and I just feel like it. I have a MAC powder bronzer which has a lovely semi-matt look but I prefer a dewy look and this is perfect for that dewy effect. It looks very natural and light on the skin, very much like tinted moisturiser. If you prefer something more buildable or with more coverage this product may not be right for you. Try the MAC bronzer instead. 🙂
