I am definitely not an early bird unless I am on holiday – something about being up super early when I am abroad just makes me feel calm and at peace with everything. I just can’t seem to get that same feeling here in London! Perhaps because I am in the comfort of my own home in my own bed therefore I feel too lazy… I don’t know.

Here are some shots of sunrise at Luxor in Egypt when I went in 2008. It was about 5-6am if my memory serves me correctly and my friend and I made it a mission to get up early to see the sun rise as we had never done it before. It was definitely not a bad decision and I would choose to set my alarm super early any day to get that fantastic view again. Enjoy!
